St Helens Council collects information about you in order for you to be able to access your ECT’s Induction information. The legal basis for processing your personal data is to fulfil our legal obligations as an Appropriate Body for ECT Induction.

Personal Information contained within this system will be used for induction purposes only and will be kept as secure as possible, stored in the UK and encrypted inline with GDPR. Headteachers/principals, induction tutors, coordinators, mentors and administrators should ensure that arrangements are in place to facilitate the effective protection of data. We have security policies in place to safeguard your information and prevent unauthorised access to it. We will only hold your personal information for as long as necessary.

ECT information, the induction process and assessments generated from it should be treated with strict confidentiality at all times and should not be shared with anyone not directly involved in the induction process.

Personal login details for this system should never be shared with other individuals. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
